We all need to allow ourselves "permission" to rest. I say "permission," because The World does not like that word. The World would have everyone go, constantly, at as fast a pace, as possible.
Silly World...
Happily, I am an Elder Woman, and do not care what The World says, anymore.
But those, still younger, need to try to turn off the Voice of The World. Sooner rather than later. And learn that our bodies do not go, 24/7. -chuckle- Why do we need to be told that...?
Our bodies will rebel, at being driven too hard. Common sense. But as the old saying goes; "Common sense is not very common."
